Rosehouse Bed and Breakfast

Rosehouse – our Hettie’s B&B

Rosehouse B&B is a bright, cosy place for you to stay in the picturesque Victorian town of Pitlochry. Rosehouse, is a lovely old Victorian house situated in a really convenient location as it is a 5 minute dawdle from Atholl Rd, the Main Street in Pitlochry where all the shops, restaurants, cafes and bars are situated.

The room includes an enormous, comfy bed (which can be a twin if needed) finished with gorgeous Harris Tweed cushions and throws handmade by Ruth at The Bothy Bee in Pitlochry.

Although we recommend Pitlochry as a quiet, do nothing, or walk the hills, holiday destination you can still stay totally connected and in the loop with Rosehouse’s Wi-Fi - and the TV is humongous!

In the morning, we will serve you a wonderful breakfast which we ask that you chose the night before from the delicious menu including Traditional Scottish Breakfast, Scrambled Egg and Smoked Salmon; Eggs Benedict; Wholemeal Toast, Smashed Avocado, Spinach and Poached Egg or Smoked Haddock and Poached Egg. We serve breakfast between 7.30am and 9.30am, whenever you’re ready …so no rush to get up in the morning ;)

We have put a Tea and Coffee tray in the room so you can enjoy a cuppa – and of course a slice of cake from Hettie’s Tearoom. We also have off street parking.

We don’t allow dogs I am afraid, Rascal our gorgeous old Labrador lives here though if you need a doggy fix. And, Rosehouse is strictly non smoking.

If you are staying at Rosehouse you can use the 20% discount card for Hettie’s that you will find in the room.

Apart from being completely spoilt – why choose Rosehouse?

Rosehouse B&B has been set up as a fundraising project. I (Hettie) take part in a sport called Equestrian Vaulting which is essentially gymnastics on a cantering horse. This year I am going to be representing Team GB at the European Championships in Hungary. Below you can watch a video of the team in action earlier this year.

We are taking a whole team and some horses over there to compete. So currently I am raising funds for that trip.

However, my end goal is to compete at the World Equestrian Games. So this B&B is to help me fund all my training and national and international competitions and reach my goal of going to WEG one day.

Thanks for helping!
